Dial Telecom (DT) is the largest neutral dark fiber and capacity provider in the region connecting Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine having the lowest latencies between Frankfurt and major Central European hubs such as Prague, Vienna, Brno, Bratislava, Krakow (connecting Warsaw and Ukraine).
