This is ideal for companies looking to announce or confirm their commitment to the European and international wholesale market, positioning your company as a key player in the region.
The sponsorship packages provide comprehensive branding coverage both before and during the event, including front page positioning on the event brochure and marketing material sent out pre-event, significant on-the-day branding and delegate passes for your colleagues and clients.
3. Exhibition booths

4. Meeting rooms
Meeting rooms provide a comfortable, private environment to conduct your business meetings and to entertain your clients and potential customers. Meeting rooms are available for the duration of a conference and include morning and afternoon refreshments.
Your meeting room will also be listed in the event guide/documentation, be included in the directional signage and Capacity will provide branded signage outside the meeting room.

Meeting tables offer a low cost alternative to a private meeting room so you can conduct those all important face to face meeting. You dont have to be an exhibitor to have a meeting table, though many exhibitors like to conduct in-depth discussions at their meeting table with people they have met at their stand.

An additional branding opportunity, which elevates your brand during the function to highlight your presence in the market. You can host a breakfast, coffee, a lunch break or a drinks reception.
