Vincenzo Lobianco
Chief Technology and Innovation Officer     

Vincenzo Lobianco is in AGCOM, the Italian NRA, from year 2000. Currently he is the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of AGCOM. In his role, he reports directly to the AGCOM Board, carrying out studies and investigations and providing advices on technical and regulatory issues related to electronic communication networks and infrastructures and radio spectrum. He is currently involved in the definition of the roadmap for the introduction of 5G, the process of re-farming of 700 MHz band, regulatory issues related to Internet of Things and smart metering.

Vincenzo Lobianco worked as Project Leader and Experts in several Twinning Projects carried out by AGCOM with the Regulators of the Mediterranean countries (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, etc.) on Telecommunication, Spectrum management and audiovisual issues.

Before holding the post of Chief Technology and Information Officer, Vincenzo Lobianco has been, from 2006 to 2014, Director of the Electronic Communication Network and Services Directorate of AGCOM charged, inter alia, for the definition of scarce resources (frequency and numbering) assignment plans and the regulation and enforcement of wholesale telecommunications markets. In this role he has managed the AGCOM activities for the transition from analogue to DTT in Italy.

Vincenzo Lobianco represented Italy in the Radio Spectrum Policy Group of EU and in several international frequency coordination meetings and events.

Vincenzo Lobianco holds an MS in Electronic Engineering. Before joining AGCOM, he worked for the Ministry of Communication from 1985 to 1999 and for the European Commission (1995-1998). He also served as member of the ETSI Board from 1999 to 2002.

Henk Don    
Board Member 

Henk Don (1954) studied econometrics at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), and received his Ph.D. from the same university in 1986.

Dr. Don worked for the Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis (CPB) between 1978 and 2006, with an intermission of one year spent at the University of Pennsylvania. From 1994 until 2006, Dr. Don was director of the CPB.

Dr. Don was part-time professor at the University of Amsterdam between 1990 and 1999 and at the Erasmus University Rotterdam between 2006 and 2009.

From October 1, 2009, until the launch of the ACM in April 2013, he was a member of the Board of the Dutch Competition Authority (NMa).

In the board of the ACM he is primary responsible for regulation (energy, telecom, transport and post), the office of the Chief Economist and the ACM Academy.

Jean-Claude Geha

Senior Vice President International Delivery Unit (SVP IDU), Strategic Programs, Deutsche Telekom

Jean-Claude Geha is Senior Vice President International Delivery Unit (SVP IDU) at Deutsche Telekom since June, 2017. In this role, he is responsible for international delivery of IP &  Cloud and  IT products and  services.

Jean-Claude has been a commercial and an operational executive with over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry leading global initiatives with international companies like MCI-BT Concert, Bell Canada and TeliaSonera.  He joined Deutsche Telekom from Ericsson where he has worked since 2005 in different positions, including Managing Director of Ericsson Belgium and Luxembourg as well as Vice President Services for Western and Central Europe. He became SVP Global Managed Services in 2013 and was President of the Region Sub Sahara Africa since 2016.

Marc Ganzi


Marc C. Ganzi is a Founder and CEO of Digital Bridge Holdings, a leading global investor and owner of mobile and internet infrastructure.  Since its inception in 2013, Digital Bridge has raised over $6.5 billion of debt and equity capital to acquire and invest in the development of communications infrastructure businesses, including DataBank, Vantage Data Centers, ExteNet Systems, Vertical Bridge, Andean Tower Partners and Mexico Tower Partners. Mr. Ganzi is widely recognized as a leading visionary and entrepreneur driving communications infrastructure deployment across the Americas.  

Steven Sonnenstein
Managing Director

Steven Sonnenstein, recently appointed Managing Director at Digital Colony Partners, is an accomplished telecommunications infrastructure executive with over 20 years of global mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations experience.
Steven was most recently a Senior Director at PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, where he created a telecommunications infrastructure asset class within the broader infrastructure group. He can be credited with completing PSP’s first direct investment in the telecommunications infrastructure space and was responsible for PSP Infrastructure’s inaugural direct investments in France, India, and Turkey.

During his six years at PSP, he put in final bids worth more than C$7.5 billion of equity, closing on more than C$2.2 billion - predominantly in the telecom infrastructure sector - and co-led and asset managed over C$1 billion of additional investments.
Before joining PSP, Steven worked for Brookfield Asset Management in its Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups with particular focus and experience in South America. Prior to that, Steven spent several years working in mergers and acquisitions and distressed advisory.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and a post graduate in Chartered Accountancy.

Carl Roberts

Carl Roberts has worked in the international Information and Communications Technology industry for over 30 years, with a proven track record in International Marketing and Sales, Business Management, Corporate Strategy & Development, M&A, Business Transformation, Implementation, Planning, Restructuring and Corporate Governance.
Prior to joining Epsilon, Carl worked in his own Consultancy company (Hadaara Consulting) after having held numerous Senior Executive positions in Verizon, MCI, WorldCom Global One and IBM, having started his career in the legal profession working for Ashurst, Morris, Crisp & Co.

Carl holds a Masters Degree in Languages & Politics from Oxford Brookes University (UK), is an English, Italian and French native speaker and is fluent in Spanish.  He shares his time between Dubai (UAE), London (UK) and Paris (France).

Jan Vesely 

Jan Vesely joined EQT Partners in September 2010.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Jan worked as Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt focusing on German and CEE transactions.

He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and Portland State University.

Jennifer Smith
Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Smith is Chief Financial Officer of euNetworks, appointed to this position in January 2018. She is responsible for all financial and corporate development activities of the company. In her previous role as Director, Corporate Development & FP&A, she led multiple rounds of debt fundraising for the company and was instrumental in Stonepeak Infrastructure Partner’s acquisition of a majority investment. Jennifer joined euNetworks in January 2013. 

Alex Goldblum

Alex has been our Chief Executive Officer since January 2007. His responsibilities include group corporate strategy, commercial policy and public affairs. He is also responsible for shareholder relations, corporate communication and regulatory affairs.
Alex first joined the Eurofiber Group board as Commercial Director in March 2006. Prior to that he held various management positions at Royal Dutch Shell in Europe and Africa.

Bart Oskam

Bart Oskam (1966) is Chief Technology Officer of the Eurofiber Group and has been a member of the board since 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in Telecoms and ICT, having acted as a senior executive in KPN, BaByXL and Tiscali. In his current role, Bart is responsible for Eurofiber’s innovation strategy including all Network and IT related domains. Bart is inspired by the enormous relevance of telecoms in stimulating technological, economical and societal progress. The pivotal contribution of Eurofiber in this area is driving his commitment to the company. Bart lives in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, together with his wife and two daughters.

Anthony Whelan
Director, Electronic Communications Networks & Services

Anthony Whelan is the Director for Electronic Communications Networks & Services at the European Commission since 2013. Directorate B is in charge of designing and monitoring a legally predictable (regulatory) environment for electronic communications in the EU. As the basis for the Digital Single Market, this environment should foster a pro-competitive single market for the roll-out of high-speed internet networks and the delivery of electronic communications services. This will be an essential contribution to boost innovation, growth and jobs in Europe.
Anthony Whelan, a barrister, he has lectured and researched in public law at Trinity College Dublin and has worked as a lawyer at the European Court of Justice and in the Legal Service of the European Commission. Between 2006 and 2013, he was head of the cabinet (private office) of EU Commissioner Neelie Kroes in the competition and digital agenda portfolios.

Hunter Newby

nter Newby is an American entrepreneur, investor, conservationist and the owner of Newby Ventures. His primary field of interest has been network infrastructure. As Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer and a Director of Telx, he pioneered the carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Room and the development of carrier hotels and data centers in the United States leading to massive value creation and economic development throughout the Country. Since the sale of Telx he has been and continues to be a founder, developer and investor in the creation of multiple network-neutral infrastructure businesses all across North America.

Mr. Newby is a recognized authority in the network-neutral interconnection and data center industry. He has served on multiple company boards, is a published author, public speaker and has been quoted in several publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards including being named to the Global Telecoms Business Top 40 Under 40 in 2010.

Mr. Newby earned a B.S. in Communications from Drexel University. 

Jonathan Dann

Protto, born in Milan in 1967, MBA from Bocconi University and Master in Information Technology, comes from T-Systems International GmbH (Deutsche Telekom Group) where he held various positions starting 2002 in the telecommunications business for the B2B segment, and in 2010 was named COO, Telecommunications Services International head of International Telecommunications Business in 25 countries. Protto has gained over 20 years of experience in the TLC sector, having also held management positions at Verizon Business as Service Delivery Director for South Europe and Access Network Director for the whole EMEA region and at Telecom Italia, where he held the role of Head of Technical Service for the release of services for the business market.

Jennifer Fritzsche          

Managing Director, Equity Research        

Jennifer Fritzsche is a Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities where she has focused on the Telecommunication Services and Tower sectors since 1999. Jennifer started in telecom equity research in 1996 with EVEREN Securities, where she was promoted to senior analyst after serving two years as an associate analyst on the telecom research team. In 2000, she tied for second in the "Best Up and Comers" category in Institutional Investor's annual vote. In 2006, Forbes magazine recognized Jennifer as one of the top ten stock pickers from a universe of 4,500 sell-side analysts across all industry sectors. In May 2011, Jennifer was recognized as the No. 1 earnings estimator for wireless telecommunication services by Financial Times/StarMine, a leading provider of objective ratings of equity securities analysts. Jennifer was recognized by StarMine and received the 2014 No. 3 stock picker ranking for the diversified telecom services sector. In 2017 Jennifer was again ranked the No. 3 stock picker in the diversified telecommunication services sector in the Thomson Reuters' StarMine analyst awards. She also ranked runner-up in the Communications Infrastructure sector in the 2017 Institutional Investor All-America Research survey. Jennifer makes numerous media appearances and has often been a guest on Bloomberg and CNBC. She also speaks at many of the industry and trade conferences and often is asked to participate in many Washington, D.C. regulatory telecom seminars and events. Jennifer earned a BA in history from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated summa cum laude.
