Chief Investment Officer International Finance Corporation (IFC)

Andrew Bartley is Chief Investment Officer in the Global Telecoms and Technology investment group at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) based in Washington, DC. He is primarily responsible for origination, structuring and portfolio management of complex equity, mezzanine and senior debt financings in the TMT sector in emerging markets. Andrew has board/advisory committee roles with several datacenter-related IFC investee companies. During the course of his career, Andrew has been responsible for arranging, structuring, negotiating, and managing over US$10 billion in corporate and project debt and equity financings in the technology, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Eastern/Southern Europe. Prior to joining the IFC, Andrew worked for Monenco Agra in the UK in project management and systems engineering. Andrew received his B.Eng. (Mech.) from the University of Bristol, UK in 1986, and his M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA in 1993.
