Kebaso George Mokogi

Managing Director, Carrier Services Division TELKOM KENYA

Kebaso Mokogi is the Managing Director, Carrier Services Division at Telkom. Kebaso has 20 years’ experience working in the software development and telecommunications fields in East Africa and the United States having worked in various capacities at Xerox, AT&T, Safaricom and Telkom Kenya.
Kebaso is the Board Chairman of the Telecommunications Service Providers of Kenya (TESPOK) since 2016. TESPOK is a professional, non-profit organization that represents the interests of Technology Service Providers in Kenya. Among the objectives that TESPOK handles are to influence ICT policy and regulations by engaging government at relevant levels and to manage the Kenya Internet Exchange Point (KIXP).
Kebaso is a Director at TEAMS (The East African Marine System) and at WIOCC (West Indian Ocean Cable Company – Mauritius), positions he has held since 2013.
Kebaso holds a Master of Arts in Management (Human Resource Management) from the Dallas Baptist University, Texas, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management) from the University of North Texas, Denton, USA. He also has qualifications in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and Novell Certification & Wireless Connectivity Technology.
