Chris Lipman

VP of Customer Experience HOOQ

Chris Lipman is the Vice President of Customer Experience, Insights and Operations of HOOQ.  Chris has been with HOOQ from its early days and is here to ensure that HOOQ’s customer experience is second to none.  Chris is always at the top of his game and champions the cause of a company wide customer-centric culture.

Customer satisfaction is the name of his game, but at the same time, Chris is also responsible for customer insights where he is tasked to identify experience gaps in the customer jouney, delivery solutions for them and most importantly identify opportunities to increase their lifetime value.

Chris is a seasoned name in the telco business and an industry verteran with over 20 years experience.  Prior to HOOQ, Chris helmed the award-winning customer experience team at Globe Telcom as Head of Customer Service and Experience where he was responsible for the overall customer experience of Globe’s 50 million customers, from strategic direction to the overall operations, call centre management and customer recovery.

Prior to Globe, Chris held senior roles in operations and customer service at Virgin Mobile Australia and Telstra where he led the teams in driving cultural overhaul to become customer-centric organisations.

Chris graduated from the University of Technology in Sydney and in his free time he enjoys watching rugby and restoring vintage cars.
