Monday 28. June 08.45 – 09.30. On arrival please go to the registration desk, which will be located in the pre-function area outside the Bohemia room where you will be issued with your badge.

You may begin dismantling your stand as soon as everyone has finished lunch at 14.30. Your exhibit must be dismantled and moved out of the exhibit hall by 15.00.

Your Exhibit Package/Space
Each exhibitor has been allocated a 3m wide x 2m deep space within which to set up a portable stand or banners (see pictures below).
The max height restriction is 2.4m for any booth / signage etc
Each exhibitor is provided with one skirted tabletop, two chairs and one electrical socket.
Please note that the hotel will not allow you to hang/stick posters or signs on the walls, wooden panels or glass mirrors.
Furniture/Electrics/Internet
TelCap is not responsible for any exhibit support services. If you require any additional equipment e.g. additional furniture, power sockets, Internet access these items are to be ordered directly from the hotel and are chargeable.
